A Spirit-led therapeutic space for women and men seeking mental, emotional, and spiritual alignment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity issues, grief, or transition, this is where the masks come off and the real work begins.

  • A safe, judgement-free space let by a master's level counselor trained in both faith-based and psychological modalities 

  • Weekly or biweekly sessions (virtual or in-person depending on location)

  • A personalized wellness plan that includes scripture reflection, emotional awareness tools, and coping strategies rooted in truth.

  • Integration of deliverance and inner healing principles when needed

Couple Counseling

A therapeutic process designed for couples seeking deeper connection, improved communication, and Spirt-led partnership. Whether you're newly married or years in, we focus on restoration, vision, and emotional intimacy.

You don't need a perfect marriage-just two people willing to build together. 

  • Joint sessions (and occasional individual sessions) to explore patterns, healing needs and relationship dynamics. 

  • Use of Gottman techniques, strategic family therapy, and biblical principles.

  • Communication tools, conflict navigation strategies, and future planning practices.

  • Homework assignments that build connection outside the session. 

Family Counseling

Family counseling is a guided process for healing relational fractures, improving communication, and creating peace within the household. Whether you're a blended family, navigating adolescence, or managing a life shift (like relocation), this space makes room for all voices.

Pre - Marital Counseling

A Spirit-led counseling process designed for engaged or seriously dating couples who want to prepare for marriage with intention, insight, and biblical clarity. Together, we'll build the emotional, spiritual, and practical foundation your covenant needs to thrive.
