Meet Mia Randall - The Wellness Architect

Mia doesn't just talk healing-she builds it.

Align. Release. Create. Because wellness isn't passive. It's prophetic, strategic, and built brick by brick.

As a wife to a 12-year pro athlete, a global mental health advocate, and a woman who has walked through infertility, relocation, loss, leadership, and spiritual warfare. Mia knows that being well isn't one-size-fit-all.

She's what we call a Wellness Architect - and here's the ARC she stands on:

  • A - Align

Mia brings clinical insight and spiritual discernment into full alignment. Counseling with her is not either/or-it's Spirit and strategy, faith and framework.

  • R - Release

Her mission is to help you rebuild from the inside out. Whether you're navigating emotional burdens to spiritual blockages to outdated patterns and self-survival strategies-she sees your wholeness and walks you back to it. This is where strongholds bow, false agreements break, and wellness takes root.

  • C - Create

Your life has design. Mia helps you clarify it, protect it, and walk it out - especially for women in leadership, the overseas athlete and their family, and the couples navigating transitions and needing sacred strategy.

I’m a woman who’s navigating the tension between faith and fertility—a 10+ year journey with infertility that taught me that wellness isn’t just about what’s healed but about how we stay whole in the waiting.

Offline, I’m a wife to a professional basketball player, Andrew “Scootie” Randall, and we’ve spent over a decade living internationally in Japan. Living this life has taught me something most wellness frameworks miss: support people don’t live on the sidelines—they carry weight.

I’m also a traveler, sister, and builder of bridges

the kind that connect women across oceans, time zones, and cultures.

I’ve learned that healing can happen anywhere if you carry the peace of your community with you.

I am Mia the Wellness Architect, and my vision is to design and build sustainable, faith-rooted, and transformative systems that will make the people implementing them like trees planted by streams of living water—rooted in God, resilient in every season, and fruitful in life, family, leadership, and community but not hindered by borders. Through It Is Wellness, I build systems of care that bring healing and restoration. Through Come Sis With Me, I create spaces for women to find sisterhood, deliverance, and identity. Through The Blueprint for Women, I equip leaders to pioneer with resilience and legacy. Through Whole Athlete, I guide players and families to thrive beyond the game. And through &Basketball, I help cultivate communities that prosper together. My calling is to design blueprints that last, so what is built today can flourish for generations to come; think Legacy that does not wither and that is Eternal.

Mia the Wellness Architect is not just a title—it’s a movement of intentional building; with blueprints that reflect God’s law, God’s order, and God’s heart for wholeness..The idea is that every branch of this vision is a stream, and every person connected is a tree; rooted, nourished, and destined to yield fruit in its time.

Psalm 1:2-3 “But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever he does prospers.”
